Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access Halifax attractions, and many appreciated the included breakfast, noting its variety and quality. However, there were frequent complaints about the elevators being slow or malfunctioning, leading to long wait times. Service received mixed reviews, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced issues with responsiveness and professionalism. Cleanliness was generally viewed positively, though a few guests mentioned housekeeping delays or minor issues. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience and breakfast, but could improve on elevator efficiency and service consistency.AI-Generated from customer reviews
