very comfortable bed
very comfortable bed, accommodating and pleasant staff, great location
slightly outdated room
Great stay, awesome staff!
Was very clean and nice the staff were all very friendly and accommodating, would def recommend! Best hotel I've stayed in for downtown Hali!
Good location, good parking facilities, nice rooms and excellent American Breakfast.
I had a spacious room - very bright. Plus the hotel gave back $5 coupons for not using the daily room cleaning service which is something I never use anyway. I also liked the Starbuck's bar in the lobby.
When I checked in the couple beside me were told their room rate was $89 per night and I was paying over $200 per night - I felt I had been taken advantage of by this booking service.
Location is convenient for a walk on the piers. Car parking large and easy to reach it.
Hotel is not really new. The room was very small and old components inside. We paid too much for the room they gave us. Breakfast not so nice compared to the cost.
The close proximity to the train station and the boardwalk
When we booked the hotel in advance we didn't know what was going on in Halifax in that pictular time frame as it was our 39 wedding anniversary at this Hotel we found the service was poor Also the room that we paid very dearly for can now be turned back into the orginal broom or linen closet that they had stuck a bed into for the week that the concerts and tall ships were there. Definetely not worth the price. Very disapointed..
MY car was broken into and personal belongings were stolen. The hotel took no responsibility and showed no compassion for this incident
Perfect downtown location. Close to shopping and restaurants.
