Breakfast was great, the room is nice and clean, staff is wonderful.
Food was really good in all restaurants.
Facilities are old
The service was mediocre for a 5-star hotel. Almost all 3/4 star hotel that I've been in Asia would beat it hands down... Overpriced for Vietnam.
Bedroom en breakfest very good.
Location. It's in the business centre and within walking distances to shops and sites.
Service. Staff were more interested in their chitchatting and reading fashion magzines. It's not only myself have the bad experience, other people have said about the same.
The comfort, relaxed ambience and the friendly helpful staff. The food was good too, and lots of choice for breakfast Liked the mixture of Vietnamese and Western style food.
I stayed in a Suite, just fantastic
Maybe the room service menu card could be more elaborate
The hotel stuff are friendly but have some language problem.
The rooms have to be fully renovatiaded. They are quite old and bath rooms are not good enough.
I loved the fitness centre and the spa centre. The breakfast was also good
The bathroom was small and not very attractive
Large, comfortable room
