Cons (-) Staff was ignorant. The room was dirty. The room they put us in had no smoke detector. It was ripped off the wall.

Pros (+) The bed was really comfy ..which i could of taken it home with me
Cons (-) No tea/coffee... fridge... microwave in the room also..if you did want tea coffee you had to go yo the reception to get it out of a flask which is no use ...as i love my tea ...also there was no breakfast ...even like cereal and fruit... heating could do with being replaced as it only comes on for about 20min then off for about an hour so it doesnt heat the room long enough as there was only singl...
