Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent and convenient location, with many highlighting its proximity to Lee Garden, night markets, and several 7-Eleven stores. The staff were frequently described as friendly and helpful, assisting guests with various needs. Several reviewers appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing unpleasant smells, old furnishings, and maintenance issues in the rooms and bathrooms. Noise from adjacent rooms and the street was also a common complaint, suggesting poor soundproofing. Overall, while the location and service were standout positives, improvements are needed in cleanliness and noise control.AI-Generated from customer reviews
