Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and attentive service, and authentic, charming atmosphere. Many appreciated the traditional ryokan experience, beautiful natural surroundings, and well-maintained facilities. The onsen and dining experiences were often highlighted as memorable, though some guests found the breakfast and dinner options less flexible or not to their taste. A few reviews mentioned small rooms or high prices, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the stay enjoyable for most visitors.
