Pros: Amazing location right in the heart of the city. Very easy to walk everywhere. Room was very clean. Cons: breakfast was not actually included even though the web page said free breakfast. The building layout is very confusing and it’s hard to find your room or any of the amenities like the gym. We were able to find the gym ultimately, but it felt like it was part of a neighboring hotel and we were unsure if we were trespassing when we used it. Concierge could have been more helpful in directing us around the building. They just gave us a key and said “gym and spa are on floor 7.” Also our room was VERY small and the window was high on the wall so the only view was up toward the sky. Would have been nice to see some of the city below since the surrounding architecture was beautiful. Wish I had known this was the case so I could have looked elsewhere.
