Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciate the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions, cafes, and restaurants. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, such as unhelpful or rude staff, poor communication, and even reports of scams or the hotel not existing at the listed address. Cleanliness is another major concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and general lack of maintenance. Value for price is often questioned, with guests feeling that the quality does not match the cost, especially when faced with unexpected fees or being moved to inferior rooms. Overall, while the location is a positive aspect, the negative experiences with service, cleanliness, and value overshadow it for many guests.
