This was probably our 4th, 5th stay at Sherwood Residence. This time, our complimentary upgrade was located in an aisle least insulated where we could clearly hear neighbors’ activities from above and next door: chairs pulling, kids running, people walking stomping above, loud activities in hallway, you name it. That was the least pleasant experience we’ve encountered.
