Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests mentioning specific employees who went above and beyond. However, noise was a frequent complaint, with many guests noting that rooms were not soundproofed and outside noise, especially from nearby bars and streets, could be disruptive. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean and comfortable, while others reported issues like odors or dust. Breakfast and amenities were generally seen as adequate but not exceptional. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, though improvements in soundproofing and room upkeep would enhance the experience.
