The manager does NOT know how to use conservative measures in having normal healthy dialogue with customers. He made me pay a 200 cash deposit and said “it was the rules” while he didn’t make another group of Asian guys pay a deposit. Picking and choosing who he “trusts” based off perception is very problematic especially for a manager. In a respectful manner I asked if they had spray disinfectant to wipe down my room due to COVID and his response was “WHaT Do YoU WAnt “ in a very impatient manner . Later After I asked him if everyone had to pay a 200 deposit He started raising his voice getting hostile saying “ don’t worry abiut how I deal with other customers , just worry about yourself” . I assured him that yelling is not the way to go about it .. he then said “since you don’t like it here , instead of two days you leave tomorrow” The rooms had flies in the bathroom, the back of the remote was missing so the batteries kept falling out. Pillows didn’t match the bed . GREAT location , horrible service . Argumentative manager especially when the transaction is supposed to be pretty straight forward
