Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to public transport, shops, and attractions. However, there were frequent complaints about the breakfast quality, which was described as minimal or disappointing in several reviews. Service also received negative feedback, with reports of rude staff, unprofessional behavior, and issues with deposits. Parking was mentioned often, with mixed opinions—some appreciated the inclusion and convenience, while others found it limited or unsafe. Overall, while the location stands out as a positive, improvements are needed in service and breakfast offerings.AI-Generated from customer reviews
