Pros (+) Impressive hotel, in terms of infrastructure. The breakfast place is impressive, as well as the food selection, it’s very fresh. Staff is kind and speak great English as expected.
Cons (-) My only complain: the room carpet! It need a renovation quickly. It damages all the room look&feel, as well as the overall experience as its showing signs of wearing out and looks just kind of filthy (even though it might be “clean”).
Pros (+) The location is great, only 3 minutes from the MTR
Cons (-) I arrived to the hotel at 16:00 after long flight and they told me that my room is not ready and that I will have to wait until 22:00 for room!

Cons (-) We had a great stay, but a lot of it was due to promotions. Our room had free wifi and we had a special rate since I booked far ahead of time. The wifi signal could be stronger, and the TV channels were a bit limited. There was construction next to the hotel, which somewhat took away from the otherwise nice view of the harbor.
