Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access transportation and nearby attractions. However, many express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness, citing issues like dirty rooms, unclean linens, and pests. Room size is frequently criticized as being extremely small and cramped. Service is often described as lacking, with reports of unhelpful or absent staff and slow responses to requests. Bathrooms are also noted to be small or problematic in several reviews. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, room size, service, and bathroom facilities.
