Pros (+) clean, good breakfast, enjoyed the phone which helps you go around the city

Cons (-) Smelled like smoke or incense or something on my floor, can hear everything in the hallway but it's quiet as far as outside noise goes
Pros (+) I liked the cleanliness, and it's well maintained. But the best part was the staff! They were very good...professional, and the front desk and concierge spoke english very well. The location is either love or hate. I loved it because it wasn't in the touristy areas, but yet 10 mins walk from Mong Kok. I stayed in 3 hotels in Hong Kong and so far this is my favorite! The value for the money is OUTS...
Cons (-) The rooms are small, but it's to be expected. Beds are harder than western traveler's maybe used to. And it's about a 10 min walk to the MTR train stations. So after a long day of walking, it's not very convenient, but they do have a hotel shuttle running to a few of the nearby stations and other locations. You just have to catch it at the right time, or you'll have to wait another hour.

Cons (-) *staff have poor English skills * room service diddnt knock before walking in to our room on two occasions *breakfast buffet was fairly disappointing, restaurant staff more interested in talking with each other than serving customer's. *reception staff messed up our room payment *ruined our trip - left Hong Kong on an earlier flight.
