Pros. Very spacious hotel room for a very affordable rate.
Cons. Somewhat inconvenient location (away from public transport, temporarily-cordoned-off locations due to close proximity to HKSAR Government Complex, requirement to walk to a different location in order to board ride-share vehicles.) Water faucets for both shower and bathroom sink had temperature-control issues. For example, when the temperature control knob is set to the center, it can become scorching-hot for several seconds before it drops to the intended temperature and then further dropping to a cold temperature before repeating the cycle around a half-minute later.
