The parking ticketing system was a surprise to me. I wasn’t sure I was getting charged for parking. Also, it didn’t seem to work constant problems. I wish they would just include the parking with the stay and not bother with the weird gate system.

Close to airport but no info shuttle doesn't run before 7 am until checking in. Entire last day based on this so found it annoying. Would have stayed in Waikiki with direct taxi to airport. Can walk to terminal but likely not all can or should do it. Otherwise basic room and was fine for night of sleep.

Pros (+) Shuttle service was friendly and efficient, rooms were in reasonably good condition and looked clean
Cons (-) Late in the evening we noticed MULTIPLE small cockroaches emerging from under the bed, leading to a sleepless night. Reception did not appear surprised at all when this was reported the next morning.

Cons (-) $30 Parking charge is excessive. Rooms are dated and overpriced. Major battle with a guest at the front desk with police called to evict him. He was out of line but still a really uncomfortable situation.

Pros (+) Fast easy check in. Clean room. I stay here a few times each year. Its convenient. Never used any of the amenities besides the bed.
