Cons (-) Maintenance. Carpet at 1813 was stained, filthy, drapes were dusty. Looks like bedsheets were not changed from previous customer. No quality control on maintenance.

Cons (-) We arrived and we were given a room key, after trying to figure out where to park to just check in. There is no parking except the garage, which you are not allowed in without a room key. The room we were assigned and given a key to was occupied, so we walked into a room full of another person's belongings. Pros (+) For the price of the room and the location it was ok. I would recommend a few nights stay for those who frequently travel and need somewhere to stay.
Cons (-) The building is need of a makeover. The carpet looks as if its never been chamged. The cleanliness of the building was subpar at best. Better attention to detail would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

Cons (-) Looked good in the pictures but once we arrived it was obvious that it was nothing like the photos. Paint on the walls were patch jobs with different colors and can't even properly patch a hole in the wall. Floors were gross and stained.

Pros (+) On the upside the AC worked well and the view from the room window is great.
Cons (-) There were cockroaches in the room when we walked in, everything was dirty, and we waited over an hour at the front desk when we arrived for someone to find the person to check us in and give us a room key. Cons (-) Hotel is in need of a remodel (a bit run down), bathroom supplies not replenished when needed, can be loud at times (more of a younger crowd as customers "sorta feel.")
