Pros (+) They have this amazing beer, wine and cheese event every other day that is included in your stay. The location is perfect, you are close enough to the water to walk and also close to the night life. They clean your room while you are gone and place an orchid as a center piece on a day of your stay. The only downside was the 35 dollar a night charge for parking, but that is easily remedied by free ...

Pros (+) Rooms are clean. Kitchenette is nice. Partial ocean view room from floor 12 is great
Cons (-) One elevator was shut down completely during our stay and of the two remaining only one seemed to be in service. It seemed to stop at every floor and took forever to get to our room or to the lobby. Once I waited a full 15 minutes for the elevator

Pros (+) On Site Laundry, close to the hub of Waikiki, beautiful views. Free movie rental kiosk. Wine and Cheese on Monday Wednesday and Friday.
Cons (-) Sunny the lying manager who is never there, the staff who could care less, their constant lies and most of all their Valet that will destroy your car and laugh about it. This is a terrible hotel, it subsidizes the condominium owners who live on site. We also had bugs in our room and maid service ceased after the 3rd day. Be warned!
