Staff accomadate late check out
Incredible technology in the room! The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The decor is nice and the amenity kit is great.
The room wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t spotless either. We had to request items that were supposed to be part of our welcome package. Our room was not serviced until late afternoon.
Very clean & comfortable
Renovating currently. But still a great stay
Everyone on the staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are immaculate and the view is amazing With the Renovation Discount it was about Half price maybe even less than half and absolutely an great value
Whenever we asked for service, (maintenance, engineer, housekeeping), they came within 5 minutes.
The hotel was under renovation but the staff was so amazing. It totally made our stay. Will surely stay in the future.
Not feeling it
The hotel is nice. The views are pretty. The staff were courteous and helpful. It's clean. The location downtown is close to most everything.
It's not on the beach, which isn't a deal breaker, but I wasn't feeling the "Hawaiian vibe". It just wasn't there. Everything closes super early, even the hotel bar and it's all sub par, nothing too fabulous. I guess the word I could use that would fit this hotel is generic. It's not holiday inn generic, but it's definitely not worth the price, the parking fees, or the resort fee. I didn't feel like I really fit in too well either. If you're a tourist to Hawaii and you'll barely spend time at the hotel, this is the one if you're willing to pay the price. I also didn't feel like I fit in here. If you're coming from Japan though, you'll fit right in.
Close to everything in Waikiki but not in the midst of the resorts
Dirty stain/spot on floor in bathroom next to tub was there every day even after cleaning. All else was nice.
Doesn't feel like a 4 star
The spa is awesome.
We spent 2 nights here, it doesn't worth the money. The hotel in Wakiki is generally expensive, but if you want a 4 star experience, choose hotels like Sheraton or Westin. Need to pay extra for wifi, parking, even water after first night. The room is quite small for a 4 star standard.
Out of waikiki, room views
It is a fantastic facility. I enjoyed my stay
Nothing I didn't like
front desk staff, courteous professional bar staff, main lobby friendly helpful
Location was good because right next to the water but not far away from Waikiki centre
At the pool we wanted a drink but the store was closed so went to the downstairs bar, I was only allowed to take one drink from the bar at a time. That meant two trips down to the bar five floors down so I did not bother. Dumb rules! Seems overprice for what you get.
Excellent service, extremely clean room, nice location. I had a great time and will certainly recommend this hotel to others.
It was a lovely location, close to the beach. Restaurant in the hotel was great.
Everything was OK. Nothing jumped out at us that we would want to say we liked especially. The staff at the gift shop was very pleasant.
When we checked in, we were told our room was not ready even though it was check in time of 3PM. We were told to wait "over there" and they would get back to us. We waited for an hour, in which time, the girl who initially helped us, was off duty. She never told anyone we were waiting. We had to go to the Reception desk and ask if our room was ready. We also bought a breakfast with our room and was never informed of where that was or what time or anything about it. That was disappointing. However, we were allowed to have a late check out which helped us very much.
best view in ocean
The hotel itself, the views from the room, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who responded very happily and efficiently to some special requests
Currently road construction work adjacent to the hotel is creating some access difficulties, time delays and unwelcome noise
Absolutely stunning views from room both day and night. Perfect location for walking around waikiki and for acces to public transport
Nothing I disliked but its a shame to have the beautiful views and no balconies to enjoy them from
Enjoyed the view from the 27th floor! The room was beautiful and comfortable and I enjoyed the coffee in the room! Breakfast was excellent on the 3rd floor! Wish I could have stayed in your hotel a couple more days! Nice, neat and clean romm with a very comfortable bed and bed linens!
The service was absolutely brilliant. Fantastic pool, great food and nice rooms. Wonderful hotel and would happily stay there again.
Excellent service and hospitality.
