That they upgraded us no charge because the standard room was so small
Location downtown and historic value of the hotel
It’s so outdated & didn’t look, feel, or smell clean. We felt unsafe staying there with our littles & didn’t feel safe leaving our car parked in the parking garage we had to park in 2 blocks away. It’s really a shame bc itâ€
Could not control temp in room
Character, location, history, staff friendly
Rooms comfortable, butbin disrepair
Location, and history.
The room was in need of some repair.
Location was perfect. Very old and charming from the outside. Live music each night.
Policies around social distancing and mask wearing generally seemed loose and often unenforced.
There should be a disclosure that if you have mold sensitivity this is not the hotel for you. In my room the curtains had mold. The bed skirt had mold, the carpet was filthy. The shower vent was full of mold. I pulled up the skin stopper and it was YUCKY.
Absolutely elegant, the rooms were older but that was the aesthetic and I loved it. The pools were AMAZING, I didn’t get to use the spa/bathhouse but I’ll definitely be back to use it!
Nope, everything was great. We had an amazing time
Outdated by 50 plus years
