“Hotel was clean, and was good located. But staff are poor and not well trained. Very rude on front desk, and unhelpful. Food was OK and terrace was nice. But staff and lack of knowledge and training let it down. Putting this behind us we looked forward to getting to our room and relaxing. There is no lift and a very narrow staircase, so one staff helped with my luggage. Positives: -Rooms are clean and spacious -Nice balconies -Early check in was provided -Rooms had good TV channels. Clear Sky Inn looks nice in photographs, but it is not what it looks like in photos. Also giving your guests wrong info to get them out earlier is not nice. I am never going to stay there again.”
