Pros (+) Power fluctuation in my room 4004 every 40-60 min interval. My colleagues didn’t have the issue. Room service delayed in room dining order on one of 3 days and was very apologetic. At least understood the issue. Gym is good, though TV was not working on treadmill. I still gave a 4 just because the staff was very very friendly and compensated for building and facilities issues..
