That they upgraded us to their sister 5 star hotel after we complained about the poor quality.
Poor decor in the room. Room, especially the bathroom was filthy. No refreshments provided in the room - this was important as we were asked not to take food or drink into the room and the tap water was not suitable for drinking.

The position of the hotel is great and the cleaningless of the room was impecable.
First of all I need to mention that the AirCondition has a program and it does not work in the exact moments when you need it. Then they should take into consideration that the staff is not wearing name tags and they also do not speak any international language. The communication is very difficult.
