Pros (+) Reception tried to help when I brought my complaint to them
Cons (-) First, I had to change rooms immediately after arriving due to a fly infestation in the curtains of the first room despite stickers on the doors showing that “this room has been fully cleaned and sanitized.” The second room they put me in, on a different floor, was even worse. Pros (+) Friendly staff, well kept hotel, clean rooms and Ray at the bar is great. In fact he saved my life when I choked on a piece of steak and stopped breathing. Hymnic, CPR until medics arrived.
Cons (-) Just keep doing what you are doing. Great staff and hotel at a fair rate. This is always my first choice when staying in Idaho Falls.

Pros (+) The bed was fairly comfortable.
Cons (-) They punish guests who book on Kayak or Expedia by going out of their way to put you in the least accommodating rooms. We booked through Kayak and called the hotel to make sure we had a King room with a pull out sofa. When we checked the young kid at the desk told us they had been given to guests that booked through the hotel. Not cool!

Cons (-) A standard room, but a horrible night's sleep. The windows rattled so badly because of the pervasive wind that the noise kept both my husband and I awake. Even masking the window noise with a running Dan didn't help.
