The place was very cozy and had an aura of its own. The owner was very helpful and provided us with an extra heater. The hotel was bank opposite bus stop. Overall we liked the hotel.
There was only 1 bathroom to be shared by around 8 rooms (we had to wait around 30 minutes). There is only 1 bus going to the hotel once an hour and the last bus from the city (on sat) is at 19:28.

The owner Keith was very helpful. My room was clean and bright. The location, while not in Interlaken itself, was right next to a bus stop. Too far from town to walk, so don't miss the bus! Lovely lake view!

Hotel is in good location although a car is needed if you need to go out for meals. The couple who run it are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful views from some of the rooms and the breakfast room.
