Pros (+) Much less than other, nearby locations. When you arrive, you know why.
Cons (-) There was a pile of mattresses out front. There was a broken TV sitting outside my door. There was a group of 8 adults happily grilling a mystery meat on a makeshift grill in the parking lot at 9:00 PM. When I attempted to check out at 8 AM, there was a sign at the office that said "back in 5." I waited 10 and nobody showed up. Basically an unkept, dirty place.
