“The hotel was on a very good location, good access to the beach & 500 yards from the town centre. The staff were very polite, friendly & helpful. Filippo was exceptional, very helpful arranging our taxi & hydrofoil transfers from Naples airport to Ischia & the return. He even let us have our room until 3.45pm when normal check out is 10am plus a free lunch the day we left.”
“Great location on the beach so perfect for sea or pool swimming. Filippo on reception went out of his way to organise tickets for Negombo, car hire and hydrofoil. Such excellent service! A great stay.”
