The staff were wonderful, in particular the night receptionist. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice available. Our room was spacious for hotels of this class in Sultanahmet. It was in a quiet location but convenient for all the main sites.
The only bad point was that there is a discrepancy between the number of suite rooms shown on Booking.com and the hotel website. We booked the hotel because of the suites with balconies. However, the problem was quickly resolved to our satisfaction and we're glad we stayed there.
Very polite and personal service Good breakfast
The location was excellent as it was right in the centre of the old town a few mins away from the main sites - Blue Mosque, Hagia sophia & Topkapi Palace - good choice of restaurants and the Arasta Bazar. The tram stop was close by which makes travelling around easier and cheaper. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and adequate. The breakfast was OK but was the same everyday which i found boring as I stayed for 8 nights. The view from the breakfast terrace was a treat
Bed could be more comfortable, Rooms are tiny and hotel could improve on tea making facility and availability of ice.
the location compared to Istanbul sights was exelent.
water came in from the terrasse, when raining, and it was impossible to walk on the floor without getting wet feets. (suite room)
Nice clean hotel, accurate description on the website, straight- forward booking
The hotel purported to offer free airport transfer if staying 3 nights or more, on the booking page. not only did this not materialise (and the email I sent requesting one was ignored), but I was not reimbursed for the taxi journey.
the hammam and wellness area were managed by professional people. The breakfast place had a nice view. Hotel staff was friendly and polite
room furniture was old style. light in room was not enough. Cleanliness was not perfect. room's small was not good
Courseous, helpful Staff , Value for Money, Loction in Historical Peninsula
Great hotel, great location. Right off Sultanahmet near the city center, within walking distance of the Topkapi Palace, the Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar etc. Rooms good looking and comfortable, service first rate, everybody at the hotel friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have been more satisfied.
Very polite and helpful staff
