Location was good. Very close to Taksim.
Plenty of food but most of it not to my liking. I prefer a more european hot buffet
We liked that it was close to city's centre and was a walking distance to many shopping places and restaurants. People at service desk could not communicate good English and communication with them was very difficult with them. We would call 8 to 9 times for our service to be attended to, whatever it was (laundry, or internet). The mattress's springs were poking in our backs during our sleep which was very uncomfortable. Staff were not friendly or helpful at all.

The staff are courteous and friendly.
The air conditioned was not working properly during our one week stay, inspite of reminding the hotel staff several times. Secondly, we had to remind the hotel thrice about cleaning the room on three different occasions/days, as we were out the whole day and the room was not cleaned.
We have been given a corner room which is like a single and double room combined which was good. Had a window overlooking the Ritz Carlton direction which was great.
Staffs speak only fair English and sometimes it was difficult for requests to be met due to language. The rooms were a bit old. Sirens and street noise could be heard every night if the windows are open, even on the 9th floor. Full payment was demanded during check-in, which was not a usual practice.
Internet connection is a joke. They have not bought enough bandwidth and it automatically disconnects every 2mins. Breakfast is not Euopean/ American, very poor for the room price they charge. Staff not polite. They claim they charge in EUR, USD or GBP, but apparently depending on the exchange rate they may opt to charge in TRL.
Breakfast options were very limited
cannot really say of anything that seemed to stand out; good fast internet connection but was not wireless - also had only one port to connect in the room so had to be seated with the tv
the attitude of most of the staff was not good; no english channels on the tv except BBC and bloomberg; wireless connection only in lobby
Nothing. All staf need to be replaced
Staff attetude. And not coperation,,,moreover they promes at the web site with internet in the room while there is no internet
