Its location.

Good location right in the heart of the old part of Istanbul. Friendly and helpful staff.
Noisy lift and no window in the room.

It was very close to shopping facilities, grand bazzar, blue mosque and boating trips on the river.
TV and internet facilities were very poor, noise from the lift motor was very disturbing at times, breakfast was boring.
