Friendly helpful staff. Simple but excellent breakfast. Small bathrooms but very good shower, plenty of hot water and good water pressure.
Bedrooms were a bit cramped, nowhere to put things. A side table would have been better than the armchair, consequently didnt really unpack but I guess for 4 days one tends to live out of a suitcase. I think the superior rooms would be better.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a great location and a wonderful roof terrace overlooking the blue mosque. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A very relaxing place to stay and the lonely planet is right, its hard to leave the hotel.
You can hear the call to prayer and a local school next door but neither reduce the experience. I highly recommend you try it yourself.

Excellent and informed staff, planned our day based on their advice. Great location and sound proofed so you do not hear the morning call to prayer (not sure what the other reviewers are talking about but we did not get waken up once)

A beautiful, relaxed boutique hotel, the people are so friendly and helpful. The roof terrace has stunning views and directly overlooks the Blue Mosque, very special. Excellent breakfast accompanied by classical music.
We were on the first floor so was a little noisy at breakfast time but not unpleasent.
