“They room and hotel wasn’t like in the pictures at all, the room didn’t had basic facilities like two small complementary water bottles, glasses, cups, coffee or tea ingredients. The worst thing was there major selling point there jacuzzi and pool was only available from 12-6pm,when ever or is out shopping or sightseeing and if you want to go after 6pm they charged you 10dollars and you also have to buy a swimming cap of 20liras before swimming. It’s a complete fraud.”

“We missed our first flight so we had to ask the hotel to change our dates and the responded very quickly and accepted to change our dates without any extra charges, they also offered us breakfast on the first day for free even thought it wasn't included from the first day of our booking. The breakfast is good and the location of the hotel is great! The staff are very polite and each time we asked about something they were very helpful, also the room size is very good, we had 8 big luggages and a baby stroller and there was plenty of space to keep the stuff in the room. I would highly recommend this Hotel.”
