Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near train and metro stations, making it convenient for travel. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, often going out of their way to assist guests. Many reviewers appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and general maintenance issues. Noise from nearby busy streets and insufficient soundproofing also affected the comfort of some guests. Overall, the hotel stands out for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness and noise control are needed.
