“The hotel has water issues, the first 2 nights there was shortage of hot water, following 2 more nights were there was NO water at all in the bathroom, as you can imagine this is very difficult when we were out all day all we wanted in the evening was a hot shower and relax, this was not the case, and when asked the stuff whats happening we have been told it will fixed in 30min - 2hours, which was the case. another thing is that we asked for 2 keys for the room as there were 2 adults, we were told it is not possible to give 2 room keys, I explained my concerns to manager who assumed i was looking for a refund and said I booked with booking.com and no refund can be done. I was not asking for refund and wanted to raise my concerns and see what can be done. after i released I was not getting a solution i had to book new hotel and check out the hotel a day before my check out. I did not feel it was comfortable place and would not recommend anyone to stay.”
