This is the hotel that any tired person will love: close to a metro or bus station, comfortable, etc. I won't say that the hotel was clean because that is a must. If a hotel is not clean, then it will be on the review. I booked this hotel because it was very close to the airport. It took us around 15-20 min by taxi to arrive to the domestic airport. Service was perfect!
If you want to go to the bars and restaurants close to the sea, you will have to walk around 10-15 min. Not a good idea if it is cold. That's it.
