Many problems with the hotel. I made a reservation for 4 people, but they gave us a room with a double and a single bed and said they would being an extra bed. They brought a mattress without bedding and just put it on the floor. Additionally, they gave us a room that was extremely dirty. When I mentioned the dirtiness of the room they moved us to a different one with the same arrangements and took for ever to bring the mattress again to the room. When I asked for a another room with accommodation for 4 people, they told me that someone had made a mistake with my reservation and they couldn't give me a bigger or and extra room. Instead, they offered me a room that was used but not cleaned.
