Unfriendly staff & policies
We were in the hotel about 9:30. We have a 14 months old infant , He was very restless and tired. We were tired too.We asked the reception to give us a room. They told us they are cleaning the room & will give it about 11 & 12 . We went out for breakfast and returned about 11:30. They told us the room is not ready yet. All the time baby was crying and restless. At last they gave the keys about 14:10. We have traveled a lot and have experienced many hotels around the world, but never seen such a unprofessional treatment. The room was very noisy & locked !! Never seen such a thing before. Feeling that I am in a jail room, not a king room . While checking out the receptionist asked me to pay 155 tl extra for my daughter, who is 13. I told him you should tell me while checking in, also she was sleeping on the sofa, without any room service. As a tour guide, Hotel Ramada just has a big building with a poor service, I do not recommend it at all.
Room service, reception, lift was at first floor, so it was difficult for us with an infant .
Good central location and convenient basic breakfast included in package. Windows with excellent isolation for street noise.
Lights in room too low. (no actual ceiling light to brighten the room)
I liked there location, the room is very comfort, the area is very nice, save and nice security.
only the price,

no lobby and swimming pool
the staffs are very friendly and helpfull. Guest Relations can help your every special works, gladly. teh services was OK. if you want to be city centre The Ramada Plaza İstanbul is best choice.you can walk lots of centre just 10 or 15 minutes.the subway opposite of the hotel door.provide value for money
I have chose the hotel because of it's location close to my business activities. It is good as it is just near by to the subway.
Hotel staff is not really friendly. They seem to be bored. Rooms are OK, but allready a bit used out.
The hotel although stated next to Taksim square, needed at least 20-30 minutes on foot in order to get there. We had asked a non smoking room and instead they gave us (with no prior discussion) a smoking room that smelt awful. They did not accept laptop for storage and made us carry it. Very expensive and breakfast was not included.Bath gels not replaced. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone
Location is very close to Metro station. the room is nice and comfortable.
The hotel tried to charge for everything. The staff wanted to apply extra charge for my 7 year old son even though we didn't require extra bed and breakfast not included. We also called to ask for a late check out & no extension was given without paying 50 Euro. The front desk staff was also not very friendly when asked for assistance.
Staff were most helpfull even with language difference. Specific recognition to room cleaning staff - Room 526 - outstanding!
