Personnel, small, but cozy room, convenient beds, clean bathroom
too big space under the entrance doors which causes quite disturbance in the morning, especially when the neighbour leaves his room or the cleaning lady sweeps the gangway.
Verynice and clean hotel, small rooms but very nice....... close to everything and the staff sre helpful.....Iwill back there anytime.
The toilet smell a bit but its only it the bad point on there.
An excellent breakfast, and also wonderful dining facility in the evening.A great location and close enough to walk to the Grand Bazaar and the mosques.
No complaint at all
Location,Clean.Parking outside of the hotel without any charge.
Location is perfect, you can get anywhere you need easily. Very good staff, always ready to help you.
The location was great and directly in the old city center! The room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was versatile and the staff very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Raymond Hotel!!!
The room was a bit small and the safe was not working.
Raymond Hotel was the one of the best hotel we have ever stayed in Istanbul. We stayed like two weeks and that was brand new hotel. Ofc there was some lil problems in first week but they fixed all in second week. Also whole hotel staff was really helpful when we had problems. About room; we stayed in top floor which was like penthouse. And room was big enough. You can also watch the stars and sky while laying in your bed. About cleanliness; i think we should specially thx to housekeeping staff. They were so polite and helpful. Cleaning was perfect. About breakfast; We can say breakfast was really delicious and everything was fresh. Until now we never spent that much time in breakfast hall. You should definetely stay there.
- If i stayed one week i could write something here but as i said before they fixed everything. I can only say; if they put tea bags & sugar to room, that might be nice. Also kettle was little slow.
It was nicely located, staff was pretty helpful and it is a good place to spend a weekend. Renovated, in fact, new rooms and new furniture.
I in fact stayed a week, we had two rooms booked, one single and one double. The windows in the single room were looking into some yard and there was a constant noise, day-and-night, so you can't sleep with your window open. So mind that while booking. The other room had a heater leaking, they couldn't fix it right away, so just switched it off and it was not the perfect solution in terms of warm towels and temperature in the shower room. Floors in the rooms were also not very clean - however everything else was good and clean.
This hotel is brand new (literally just opened) - rooms are comfortable and clean. There's a flat screen tv w. over 600 channels in the room. The breakfast is a continental breakfast. Staff always very helpful. The location is perfect as it is literally just off the Topkapi palace - perfect for sightseeing (walking distance to Ayasofya, the Blue Mosque, the grand bazaar and various restaurants). Excellent value for money.
I was extreemly honored to be the first guest in this great hotel that has a great location, just 5mn walking distance is enough to reach all touristic places in istanbul... Raymond Hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were very friendly and professional specialy Mr. ADAM the front desk manager, he made you feel like you were the only guest, everything requested was done and everything went to plan even you do not to worry about the transportation just rely on Mr. ADAM. Raymond hotel will remain always my sweet home in istanbul.
