Pros:Location and price
Pros:Bare minimum room. Convenient location and easy parking.
Cons:Bathroom floor seemed dirty. Peeling wall paper. Flat screen TV didn't really turn off - just a glowing black screen. Would have expected this from an under $100 place but I definitely didn't pay that and I've stayed at nicer $70 places

Pros:It was the most reasonably priced lodging in Ithaca.
Cons:Noisy neighbors. Motel was rather old, but clean, but the walls/floors allowed too much sound to pass.
Pros:It was close to where i needed to be.
Cons:I understand why i was staying at this hotel.....just a place to sleep. When i first got to the room i took a shower and the tub was not draining. So i ended up showering in a tub full of water. We were told the password to connect to the Internet but there were 5 different things that said medowcourt inn and we could not log on to any of them. When i called the front desk he told me that it happends alot that if we wanted wifi that we should come down to the front desk. So i could not use my laptop at all. When i book this trip again i will not stay here. I will be going to a different hotel. I was not satisfied for the money i spent.
Pros:Inexpensive hotel - cheaper than any other option including AirBNB. Bathroom fixtures worked well. Towels and bedding were ok.
Cons:No elevator for 2nd floor rooms. Room not cleaned during stay except for new towels.
Cons:wouldn't go back....old no wireless....they made no effort to change

Cons:I requested housekeeping from Manager on duty during the noon hour. I returned mid afternoon to find nothing had been done. happened to run into house maid when she came by asking if I needed towels. Mentioned I requested cleaning, but she wasn't aware of my request. Housemaid cleaned my room soon thereafter. Also MOD did not email my receipt. I provided my email address at check out. still no receipt. Wifi connection is too weak.
