Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its excellent and strategic location in Jakarta, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including mold, unpleasant odors, and old linens. Service is also criticized, with complaints about unhelpful or inattentive staff and poor handling of guest concerns. Room size and value for price receive mixed feedback, with some guests finding the rooms small or not matching the price paid. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, improvements are needed in cleanliness and service to enhance the guest experience.
