Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many praised the friendly and helpful staff, the quality of the restaurant and food, the convenient location, and the spacious, comfortable rooms. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue mentioned by several guests, with complaints about dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. Some guests also noted a lack of certain amenities and slow elevators. Overall, while the service and food were highlights, improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.
