Pros:When I found a new hotel to stay at
Cons:Everything. The building was old and run down. The rooms were small, stinky, and clearly had structural issues. There’s clearly people who stay there long term. At night it was so noisy I didn’t get a wink of sleep. At times I didn’t feel safe. The next day I searched for a different hotel to stay in which was not easy because a lot of them were booked or didn’t except pets. If I had not found a new hotel I would have driven home. When I checked out early, the desk person told me that a manager would call me. That was 4 days ago and I haven’t heard anything from anyone. They didn’t give me any refund for the nights I didn’t stay. It was so awful I was crying.
Pros:The location was good for us.
Cons:The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the other couple we were with complained to housekeeping about this they said they would spray the room but never came back. The telephones in both our rooms did not work, some outlets did not work. Walked barefoot after my shower, big mistake! My feet were black, filthy in just a few minutes walking on the carpet in the room. And the lighting in the room was poor. A suv was parked in the parking lot outside our room for hours with their loud thumping music going on. I am guessing no security, because this was not addressed. The free breakfast was terribly picked over and not being replenished. No tables available that were clean. Was not able to get a receipt when I checked out at the desk. Was told I would get one online thru whom ever I booked thru.
Pros:the room was clean and the pool was open late
Cons:There was not a lot of food for breakfast the juice machine was broken you could make waffles and pancakes it was just yogurt cereal nasty-looking sausage and eggs
Pros:Not a good hotel
Cons:Room reeked of cigarettes. When I complained I was told they could come spray my room with some deodorizer. I was not offered another room. Bad experience all around. Oh and there was a sewing needle in the carpet with some drug residue from a past tenant.
Pros:The outside view was really nice
Cons:I didn't like the service the checkout time is different than it shows online. the staff was horrible ,the cleaning maids we're rude tried to come in my room before checkout and they tried to open the door after we asked them not to.and the room was just dirty sheets had cigarette Burns, showers were dirty, red marks on the pillow cases kinky hair all around the room smh and my wife and I don't have kinky hair,they weren't properly stocked up it just looked like the room was put back together with out cleaning it.
Pros:Location was close to the Expo center. They do have a full breakfast, when it's stocked.
Cons:Pool is outdoor! Our key card only worked 1/2 the time, even after being reprogrammed. They actually gave us the master key to use once, and it still took 4-5 tries to get that to work. Fitness center equipment was 15-20 yrs old. Shower didn't work right and was missing the stopper part of the drain. They had no pillows for our son who was staying on the sofa bed. Overall I expected way more for the money. Very poor choice for the money.
Pros:Good all around value for the seriously budget minded. Noisy guests made it hard to sleep. Management unable to find solution.
Pros:Room was mostly updated, clean and usable. Good breakfast. Noon checkout allowed some unexpected work to be completed prior to leaving.
Cons:The AC had a slow "chunking" noise all night long. Not so loud as to drive insane but did not sleep well. TV did not have good reception on many channels.

Cons:the area was under construction. my room key would not unlock the outside door. bed was not as comfortable as I hoped. and the building was under construction or renovation also.
