Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the quality of the restaurant food. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness issues in rooms and common areas, such as dust, stains, and unclean bathrooms. The pool was also a common source of dissatisfaction, with many guests mentioning that it was too cold, closed, or not properly maintained. Despite these negatives, positive comments about service and dining stood out.

Okay
Rane, Sept 2020
Pros (+) We encountered a problem with the door keys not working and the shower/tub drain not draining. The next day both were repaired and we were treated to a bottle of wine for our inconvenience.
Cons (-) I would think that a major chain like Marriotts would have a battery replacement schedule so that batteries are replaced before they quit working. And clogged or slow drains should be easy to spot by cleaning staff and reported to maintenance for repair.

Pros (+) Costumer service in the lounge (bar/ restaurant) were excellent. Facilities options were great. Bed and room were very comfortable.
Cons (-) Too many children in the hot tub.

Cons (-) The service at reception was poor, but the cleanliness of the room was the worst part of my stay. One of the "clean" towels hanging at the sink was covered in what I can only hope was men's beard hair.
