Pros (+) Location was good. The hotel itself was clean & comfortable.
Cons (-) The young man working the reception desk Sunday night needs a lot of training. He was wearing a plain white undershirt, not professional at all. He was pleasant enough. He was also playing some kind of video war game in the large breakfast area on the TV. Current Marriott rules are that all employees wear facial coverings while in public areas. He wasn't.
Pros (+) It was very clean. Breakfast was very good the only problem I had was the hot & cold was opposite, they knew it but no one told me until I finally went down to see if I could shower in another room cause I thought my room didn’t have hot water. The lady I checked in with was super nice & very personable & even printed out a map to help me get where I needed to go.
Cons (-) The lady on first shift never got off the phone while talking to me. I felt like that was unprofessional.
Pros (+) Nice to include breakfast! Good selection, variety of items.
Pros (+) Short walk to food, comfortable to sleep, eat, relax and repeat.
Cons (-) Unsure why they needed to charge a security deposit for room damage, when they should have a signature giving permission to charge if damage on exit. Seemed like a scam, to acquire funds, and then fail to return them. Leaves guest having to check that it is refunded to their account.
