Sheets and pillows were dirty. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Fitness room was closed (for renovations? or just closed?). Arrived around 9 pm on a very cold night. There were only 6 other cars in the parking lot, but for whatever reason, they assigned us to a room on the 3rd floor right next to another family. We could hear everything through the walls--the TV, conversations, people actually using the toilet. In the morning, they started running the vacuum outside our room at 10 am and asking the family next to us whether they were checking out yet. Every time we left the room to take more luggage out to the car the man cleaning the rooms would ask if we were all done. It was clearly done to hurry people out because the carpet between our room and the elevator was full of debris that he clearly wasn't bothering to vacuum when running the vacuum. The staff (or owners?) also left their car parked in the covered entrance to the hotel, which just seemed tacky. At breakfast, the scrambled eggs were barely lukewarm. Overall, it was clear that they didn't really want guests, weren't really bothering to clean the rooms despite their hurry to do so, and aren't really interested in being in the hospitality business.
