1-the rate during online booking was less than what I paid,that was unfair.2-I sent inquiry(Online) to the hotel guest relation In charge about the facility of Transportation from Airport to the Hotel(5 days before arrived),But I didn`t receive any reply.

the management was not looking through the customers comfort and towel size is like a napkin. they gave us the room next to a programme which was being held and didnt inform us abt it. it was worst experience.

Extremely Clean and huge rooms. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Unlike more websites state , it was a luxery hotel...great food,location, people and hotel! Had a great time there, definitely value for money.

Wonderful views over Kandy. Good breakfast buffet menu and service. Most staff were helpful. Comfortable room.
Room boys did not explain how to use A/C system, the controls were very difficult to find. Late night music from a private function. Two lights in room were not working and room service menu was not in folder. Housekeeping staff need to ensure rooms are up to standard.
