Pros (+) food quality was excellent and all staff in restaurant and around pool are extremely professional and hard working, Defiantly use Spa and there is young gentleman called ezgil I think , he is very good , women for some reason wasn't as good as him , we used spa as a group on 3 occasion, haggle the price because they will accept it
Cons (-) we booked it through getaroom website , age for children was 0-17, so 2 adult and 13 years old child booked 7 days for 1115.83 pounds , when we got to hotel manager was insisting that we have to pay another £350 as a their guidance was 0-12, we actually booked another room 8 days after our first booking for another room 2 adult and child age 6 and we paid £830 although the different on price becau...
