Other than Wi-Fi that kept kicking me off every 5 to 10 minutes we love the place. It’s exactly what we are after we want someplace that was clean at modern facilities. Pros (+) The staff was friendly and we could walk to some good restaurants.
Cons (-) Tiny room, no where to put bags or hang clothes. No one cleaned our room. Towel rack fell off wall.

Pros (+) and did. Spent a second night there after having only booked a single night. Rooms were clean with no signs of mold (not easy in FL humidity). Staff was friendly. I had the wrong date booked thru Kayak so my reservation didn't show when we arrived. It was quickly sorted out and we were in our room. They have kayaks available which we took advantage of. Cons (-) The place is NOT an all inclusive, doesn't have a gym, and doesn't even have a pool. Not that they try to claim they do but if that's the type of place you want, this isn't the place for you. Location: if you're not there for the little parks (John Pennekamp, Everglades, Biscayne Bay, etc) then you are probably staying in Miami or Key West. There are really only quiet activities.

Pros (+) The location was great. Great value for the money. Loved the staff and the Kayaks. Will certainly do so again.
Cons (-) No parking to speak of and our cottage was attached to the main office so there was a ton of traffic at most hours. The outside lights never were off enough to make it dark. These were all trivial as we are pretty easy going and the price was significantly lower than others in the area. We didnt stay in the room much anyway as there was too much to see outside.
