Pros (+) Wifi not in rooms. Continental breakfast is wonderful. It was nice to be away for the busy part of Key West but yet close so not a lot of driving. Front desk staff polite and pleasant rest is hit and miss. Rooms clean.

Pros (+) If the owners would spent a little money to modernize the rooms, this would be the place to stay in Key West. It's secluded, on the water and very reasonable. I will stay there again.
Cons (-) The carpet, a/c, tv's paint need upgraded. The tiki bar would be a great party spot.

Pros (+) The resort was not hard to find. It's location is right off the main strip. But when entered the parking lot was surprised by the unkept building. The staff was prompt and courteous. Overall the room was cleaned but paint was peeling off the walls, the toilet leaked, the bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, and everything that seemed worned down and old.
Cons (-) I didn't think the price was right for the stay and worth the price of the room.

Pros (+) Location and waterfront view... iguana and other wildlife were around the area so that was nice.
Cons (-) Termites, disgusting bathrooms, wife got bed-bug bites, unpainted drywall patch in room. Wouldn't pass housing code if newly built. Closer to a "no-tell-motel" than a resort.

Pros (+) The location is good, could rent a bike easily, stayed there for 3 nights and everyday someone did cleanup the room. There was a fridge and microwave which did help.
Cons (-) 1)The room was nasty. The carpet needs to be changed immediately, not cleaned as you cannot walk without slippers in the room, your feet will be BLACK. 2) They provided a coffee machine but no sugar and/or creamer in the room. 3) The breakfast wasn't great, no eggs at all :( 4) There was a broken hair dryer in the bathroom cabinet, the cabinet had a lot of molds. 5) There were 2 lamps in the bedro...

Pros (+) I liked the breakfast and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The hotel was 5 minutes away from everything. The room does not need to be upgraded. Seriously it's a room with beds, bathroom, and tv. Our tv was not a flat screen but so what... I thought for the price, this was great.
Cons (-) The staff seemed a little disoriented towards hotel policies. There was a lack of communication between managers and staff.
